Wind-Sucking Workouts

Need to loose a couple muffin tops, tone those muscles, or want to run a race in the future? Muffin-top-deletion is my goal, so I follow caloriecount.com's easy 12-week program and I've already lost 5 pounds!

I'm so busy, with work, school, exhibits, family...I don't have time to go to the gym and then relax -- life goes on! So I follow my wind-sucking workouts with a blue multi-v Vitamin Water, the thirst-quenching taste of lemonade is combined with vitamins a-zinc, everything I need to hydrate and refuel for the rest of my day (and some sugar to satisfy my sweet-tooth instead of grabbing that chocolate cookie).

Caloriecount.com gave multi-v a B! I use this free program to look up the nutritional facts for all of my favorite Vitamin Waters (and that chocolate cookie I skipped!).
